SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Nestwell. We are committed to delivering your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.

Note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major sales), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We ship to all physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as our courier partners require a physical address for signature upon delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As a general guideline:

  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha): 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch.

3. DELIVERY METHODS

We partner with reliable local courier services (such as The Courier Guy, CourierIT, or Dawn Wing) to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

  • A courier will deliver the package to your specified doorstep during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery on the following business day or contact you to arrange an alternative time.

4. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nestwell.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. SHIPPING TO RURAL/REMOTE AREAS

While we strive to maintain uniform delivery windows, extremely remote areas, plots, farms, and certain townships may incur longer transit times or require collection from a nearby courier depot. If additional shipping fees apply to a highly remote destination, we will contact you before processing the order.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

Nestwell is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid address or failure to collect/receive the parcel after multiple courier attempts, the customer will be liable for the return shipping costs as well as the cost to resend the item.
